Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing experiences so they feel less overwhelming and more integrated. Through bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, tapping, or tones), EMDR supports the mind’s natural ability to heal from trauma.
